A glass plate negative depicting the Moses Lazarus Estate (also known as The Beeches and Wyndhurst), a house located at the corner of Lakeview Avenue and Bellevue Avenue. Architectural features of the house include a mansard-style shingled roof, dormered windows with woodworked detail, a clapboarded exterior, and a veranda covered in vines. To the right, an intractely carved overhang and entrance portico can be seen. The house is surrounded by tall shrubs, a paved path, and urns.
