The thumb molded hinged lid opening to an interior with pigeonholes, block and shell carved small drawers and shell carved prospect door opening to an interior with three small drawers above a writing surface and well with sliding cover. The case with four thumb molded and graduated long drawers, continuing to a molded base and ogee bracket feet. All drawers labeled numerically in pencil; bottom drawer also in wax pencil.
