Description
A 1920s flapper-style dress made of a lightweight peach/taupe crepe silk. Elaborate beading is hand stitched throughout, including small glass beads, circular frosted glass beads, and oblong frosted glass beads. Sewn in a serpentine fashion on shirt and at bust. Long fringe with glass beads hangs from both top (under bust) and bottom. Rhinestones and silver glass beads border the shoulders and top, and form a design at bottom. Self-fabric piping at waist seam. Hand stitched seams throughout. Back has dropped neckline. Snaps at shoulders with accompanying ribbons to hold an under-layer.
