A tree spreads its branches over the left half of the canvas, while the right side shows a street with carriages bordered by buildings. A woman in a kimono stands next to a phaeton carrying another woman while figures can be seen ahead of them. A crescent moon peaks out from the top left corner of the canvas. The canvas is signed by the artist on the lower left corner. It is housed in a carved gilt wood frame.
