AN ART POTTERY GLAZED EARTHENWARE POT (French, late 19th century) with black Renaissance style overlay glazed tendrils. The urn shaped pot has two loop handles, a rimmed lip, and slightly flared base. In addition to the floral details on the body, there are the heads of mythical beasts with open mouths and tongues sticking out.
