A photographic negative depicting Ocean View (Ogden Mills House, built 1866) and its grounds. Architectural features include a mansard roof, dormered windows at roofline, and a porch that extends across the front elevation of the house. The posts of the porch are covered in vines. A drive leading up to the house is bordered by trees, bushes, and a trimmed lawn. The house was destroyed by fire in the early 1980s, and was rebuilt during the same period.
