Description
A glass plate negative depicting Villino(1881-82), a shingle style house built by McKim, Mead, and White for Francis L. Skinner. Architectural features include a turret with a conical roof, shutters, square cutouts, a dormer, shingle details, and a porch with a sloped roof and railing. The house is situated beside Red Cross Avenue, and is surrounded by trees and foliage. A neighboring house can be seen at left.
