A black and white photograph depicting Seaview Terrace, a house built c.1870 (additions up to 1925) for Edson Bradley. Architectural elements include gables with exposed timbers, dormers, chimneys, a large central turret with a conical roof, arched and rectangular windows, and a smaller secondary turret (at left). The house sits on a large lawn with scattered trees and shrubbery; a patio with balustrade can also be seen outside.
