Cradle, Doll

Mahogany doll cradle; dove-tail construction; curvilinear design on sides of bonnet. Handwritten sticker on underside of cradle reads: "This cradle was made by my great grandfather Thomas Goddard, for my mother (Anne?) Agnes Topham when she was a very small girl for a plaything, J.J. Putman. " a smaller handwritten sticker, also on the underside of the cradle reads: "Dolls cradle by Thomas Goddard gift of Susan Goddard Topham Crowley May 29, 1940."
