"Excuse Tears, Goodbye, Thanks"

COLORED INK ON SILK MODERN JAPANESE PRINT OF A FIGURE (Japanese, 20th century). The depicted figure has long black hair and holds a basket with a flower in one hand, and is holding their shirt over their nose in the other hand. Written in pencil on the mat board below the print is "Portrait of Artist" and the title "Excuse tears - Goodbye Thanks." The title comes from a translation of the Japanese calligraphy on the bottom right. It is housed in a rosewood frame.
