EIGHT BRONZE WALL SCONCES (American, 19th century) installed in the Dining Room of Chateau-sur-Mer. Each sconce has three scrolling arms that supports three lights, which are covered by glass globes topped with a gilt bronze crown, the arms are elaborately decorated with gilt bronze scrolling. A gilt bronze satyr’s head is at the center of each fixture. The lights have been converted from gas to electricity.
