STERLING SILVER DOME-LIDDED CIGARETTE BOX (American, early 20th century) retailed by Tiffany & Co., New York. The lid of the box is inscribed with the monogram R.H.H. for Richard Howland Hunt (1862-1931), the son of Richard Morris Hunt. The interior of the box is lined with camphor wood.
