Description
A brass rectangular-shaped inkstand (American, c. 1750) composed of multiple pieces. The tray/stand (.a) has a scalloped apron and is raised on four feet. The top of the stand has three depressions to fit three containers: a sander, a bell shaped container, and a cylindrical container. Also included in the set is a bell without a clapper which fits over the top of the cylindrical container.
