A set of four Louis XVI style ormolu 2-light wall appliques (French, 19th century). Each has a leaf-swagged torchere bracket supporting two curved foliate candle arms with urn shaped sockets. These sconces are installed in Mrs. Vanderbilt’s dressing room on the 2nd floor of The Breakers.
