Description
A PAIR OF SMALL GILDED SIDE CHAIRS (French, late 19th century) from the workshops of Jules Allard and Sons. The matching chairs have an arched rectangular back with a lyre shaped back splat. The round caned seat is supported by four tapered fluted legs with flower head capitals and arrow feet. Carved garlands descend from the front of the seat rail.
