Correspondence to Gwendolen King Armstrong (Mrs. E. M. Armstrong) from her son Edward Maitland Armstrong, Jr. (also referred to as "Maitland.") The letter is written on stationary with "North Hatley / Province of Quebec / Canada" printed across the top. In the letter Maitland writes about his travels and mentions his Aunt Helen (Helen Maitland Armstrong). The letter includes three black and white photographs with short descriptions written on their reverse sides. One is of George Rives, Jr.; the other two depict Mrs. Potts' horse.
