Description
A mahogany and satinwood New York classical card table in the Charleston taste (American, c. 1820) by Deming and Bulkley. The table in Federal period style, with flame veneered rectangular folding top, concaved edged platform base with carved dolphin form front supports and leaf carved column-shaped back supports. Four ebonized and gilded dolphin and leaf scroll feet.
